Privacy notice
This English text is for convenience. The legally binding version is the German privacy notice.
1. Controller
Controller under the GDPR:
Robin Böcker — Art Advisory
Ostpreußenstraße 4c, 58089 Hagen, Germany
Phone: +49 157 536 16 756
Email: info@boeckerfineart.de
2. Visiting the site
When you open these pages, the hosting provider processes data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser type. This is required to run and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Fonts are hosted locally; no connection to Google is opened for them.
3. Contact by form, email, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact us we process what you send, in particular your name, phone number, email address, and photographs or descriptions of your objects. This is done to handle your enquiry and pre-contractual steps, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, and on the basis of your consent via the form, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
The form sends your details to info@boeckerfineart.de. If your email program opens instead, the data leave your device only when you send the message yourself. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta and may process the conversation outside the EU.
Enquiries are deleted once they are finished and no statutory retention applies, usually within six months if no engagement follows.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only if a measurement ID has been entered on the site and you expressly agree in the banner. Only then is a cookie set and a connection opened to Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. IP addresses are anonymised. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 TDDDG. You can decline; the site then works without an analytics cookie. Until a measurement ID is entered, no analytics run and no banner appears.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the banner is not shown on every visit. Google Maps is not embedded. The route link opens Google Maps only if you click it.
5. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent. An email to info@boeckerfineart.de is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
